Stress & Worry Workshop

Stress and worry can often result in unpleasant physical symptoms. High or sustained levels of stress and anxiety can lead to digestive issues, increased fatigue and difficulties sleeping. Pain without a known physical cause or medical explanation can also be experienced as a physical manifestation of our poor psychological state 

If you think you are experiencing such symptoms or want to learn some strategies and techniques to help manage stress and worry, this one stop virtual workshop may be for you. 

What is involved? 

This two-hour workshop is delivered virtually, you will need access to a tablet, computer or mobile phone device and a quite place for you to join a Microsoft Teams call. Joining information will be sent via email once you have signed up for the session.  

The workshop will focus on the following: 

  • What is stress?
  • Stress and the mind/body link 
  • Understanding worry 
  • Strategies for helping you manage your stress and worry
