Please note, in order to access the service, you must be over 18 yrs of old and meet one of the following criteria:

Living within the Lewisham Borough or be registered with a GP Practice in the Lewisham Borough.

We will take your details and arrange for a member of the clinical team to call and assist you over the phone with the referral process, subject to being registered with a Lewisham GP or living within the Lewisham borough.

Alternatively, talk to your GP

You can ask your GP to make a referral for you.

Waiting times for treatment

Due to the high demand for our services the wait to start treatment can fluctuate between 1 and 6 months depending on the type of treatment you are waiting for. However, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment as soon as you reach the top of the waiting list. For longer waits we may also contact you prior to this to check that you still require the service.

Please be mindful that our appointments are Monday – Friday and mostly between 9am and 5pm. These waiting times are provided as a guide and are based on typical waits experienced by clients who are available during the day and have some flexibility on times and location. We do also offer some appointments outside of 9am-5pm
